Childcare Expo Midlands returns with an educational bang!

Childcare Expo Midlands is in full swing as preparations are under way for the 7^th year running at Ricoh Arena this Autumn. Exhibitors continue to book onto the popular event that is the focal point for all early years practitioners. If you work in the early years sector, then this event needs to be put in the calendar today – 30^th September – 1^st October.

Across the two days of Childcare Expo Midlands, visitors will be immersed in a hub of activity as inspirational seminars and encouraging workshops take place. Twinkl will be contributing to a jam-packed schedule with their launch of the first Twinkl Inspiration Zone. Providing a welcomed extension to an already educational event, Twinkl will be hosting four sessions a day covering a wide range of topics dedicated for the early years sector.

Find out about the popular Early Years Planning and Assessment Materials followed by a birth to twos inspiration session with hands-on ideas for creating your own sensory bottles. The children’s crafting hour welcomes both children and adults to take a break from the hustle and bustle and use Twinkl mug boxes to make something to take away with you along with a mug itself. The adult mindfulness session planned for the end of each day will be a perfect way to relax and unwind after a productive, yet exciting day.

Throughout both days, interactive and thought provoking workshops take place to give you the opportunity to explore and learn new skills from signing to getting children outside and active. With so much press surrounding the subject of outdoor learning, the array of workshops delivered by British Heart Foundation National Centre (BHFNC) and the popular Robin Sheehan from eQeOUTDOORS will provide you with something to take back to your early years settings.
