The EYNP at Childcare Expo Midlands

What fun we had at Childcare Expo Midlands at the Ricoh in Coventry!

We like to make our presence felt so we came along with not one, but two, special guests! Our mascot, the EYN Pea entertained the kids (and the grown-ups) and netted an impressive haul of cheery selfies, and of course we also brought Ben Faulks (best known as green-fingered veggie fanatic Mr Bloom from CBeebies) who is a great friend of the EYNP.

Many of you will have attended Ben’s musical workshop on the Friday night where he treated us to a premiere performance of The Healthy Eating Song, a song he has co-written with award-winning composer Richie Webb, especially for us. Much fun was had by all, with fantastic singing and dancing courtesy of the pre-schoolers from Tender Years Day Nursery in Solihull! It was a truly special occasion for us so a big thank you to everybody that supported us!

For us, it was an inspirational two days, not just a really buzzy atmosphere but a real sense of purpose, with so many like-minded people working together and learning from each other.

Thank you to the organisers of this fabulous event, and to all our fellow exhibitors for making us feel so welcome at our first Midlands show. And a massive thank you to everybody who took the time to come by and see us and chat about the work we are doing and how we can help with hands-on, tailored nutrition support in-setting.
