With only a month to go until Childcare Expo returns to Ricoh Arena, the exhibitor hub begins to buzz with exciting news, launches and offers that will be made available exclusively to the early years visitors. The HR tool allows you to create legally compliant contracts of employment in under 6 minutes, no matter what your specific requirements are.  We have created an easy to follow tutorial video to show you just how simple it is to create your own employment contracts. Watch the video here

Once created, the contract is emailed to your employee who will sign this electronically.  This trail of activity is documented in your dashboard area and reminders will be automatically sent out to any employees who have not signed, whilst ensuring your employee’s data is secure at all times.

In addition we have created a suite of over 30 HR policies and procedures specifically written for the Early Years sector.  These are automatically updated in line with employment legislation so you can rest assured that everything is fully compliant and securely stored in the cloud. Our HR tool allows you to see in real time where you are with your HR requirements, whilst keeping employees updated with all policies and procedures.

To save you even more time you can do your DBS checks online, and we also provide links to pension auto enrolment and Ofsted compliant training services. Setting up a new employee, satisfying Ofsted requirements and ensuring legal compliance, has never been easier.
