A Magical Place to Play

Wellingtons for Langley Hall Day Nursery and Langley Hall Primary Academy have teamed up to create a magical place for children to Play.

A Magical Place to Play takes a fairy-tale theme as its starting point for many exciting experiences for the children to explore and learn.

Young children are naturally curious and want to explore and learn. If Early Years Practitioners create an environment that is richly resourced with activities, children will learn naturally from all that is around them it is the Practitioners Skill in creating the environment around them that is important and then to provide the appropriate support for each child so that they get the most from each activity.

Wherever possible the children should always be involved in creating their own place to learn, contributing with ideas and artwork, but Early Years Practitioners should create a stimulating learning environment reflected across all areas of continuous provision.
