Returning to Olympia London on 1st – 2nd March 2019, Childcare Expo London is coming back with a bang to celebrate ten years of events, with a host of exciting new features and a number of special guests announced to attend.

Early Years Minister, Nadhim Zahawi MP has been confirmed to open the show on Friday 1st March, before giving an opening keynote speech. Nadhim’s responsibilities in government include education policy, special educational needs, safeguarding in schools and childcare policy, to name just a few.

Welcoming visitors to the show alongside Nadhim will be the UK’s number one children’s cookery author, Annabel Karmel, who will also be providing a seminar about children’s nutrition to discuss how practitioners can help ensure children stay fuelled on all the right foods.

One of CBeebies’ most-loved founding presenters, actor and writer, Sid Sloane is also set to appear at the exhibition. Sid will be hosting a fun-filled workshop and entertaining the crowds throughout the day on the show floor.

In addition to special guests, an outstanding line up of early years and primary education experts have been confirmed to present CPD seminars and interactive workshops, covering a broad range of topics including Ofsted inspections, supporting literacy development, SEND, nature pedagogy, and the future of EYFS. Speakers include the President of PACEY (the Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years), Penny Tassoni, and Melanie Pilcher from the Pre-school Learning Alliance.

Tickets for Childcare Expo London are free; however seats for CPD seminars across both days are limited and may sell out, so early booking is recommended to avoid missing out. Click here to register for your free tickets today, or call us on 01425 838393.
