Looking to promote the inclusion of all children in childcare practice is Sejal Payne, Independent Education Consultant at Sejal Payne Education and Cheryl Bedding, Director at The Early Years Collective. Sharing her unique perspective and experiences on parenting a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cheryl will be enabling the audience to reflect on the care, support and environments they provide for children within their settings. Across three panel sessions, some of the leading names within the sector will be discussing the future of early years, how to enact sustainable practice and how to effectively deliver the EYFS with the support from the Birth to 5 Matters guidance. Other speakers include;
