Hear from our exhibitors – The Nursery HR People

Talk of Childcare Expo Midlands has yet to cease following another successful show at the Ricoh Arena on 30 September – 1 October. Our exhibitors are still following up on leads and making the most from their appearance at the two-day event.

New to the Childcare Expo floor was The Nursery HR People who offer a high quality online based HR tool, designed specifically for the early years sector. Since the show, we have caught up with Ruth Lewin, Director, to discuss the benefits of attending a show like Childcare Expo and her thoughts on the quality of visitors she had met over the two days in Coventry:

Firstly, we would like to thank The Nursery HR People for attending Childcare Expo Midlands 2016. Can we ask what you consider to be good qualities from an event such like this?

It’s not only the visitors who make attending the show like this so beneficial to the company’s objectives, but the vast amount of stand holders we have had the opportunity to network with. We have been able to share stories and advice as well acquire good contacts to help support other areas of the business. Childcare Expo has provided us with a platform to market our system in a new way, which has proven a hit with all those we have spoken to.

Speaking of the visitors, what do you love most about the early years sector?

It allows you to be a big kid. HR is a serious subject to any business and must be considered in order to ensure employees are treated correctly as well as the employer gaining a good understanding of where they stand in terms of the law. Being in this sector allows us to be surrounded by a fun environment by those who are passionate to help our children grow.

We would like to thank Childcare Expo for their support in our first exhibition. We thoroughly enjoyed our time exhibiting and we felt very welcomed by the whole team. It gave us a great insight into the world of exhibiting and this show with its fun and buzzing atmosphere was certainly worthwhile.
