Twinkl and Childcare Expo team up to inspire

Twinkl provides instant access to engaging and inspiring materials that have been created by teachers for teachers. These materials can be for teaching, planning and assessment purposes and are trusted by teachers worldwide. At Childcare Expo, we have spent the last 7 years bringing the childcare community together. We have got together with Twinkl to launch ‘Twinkl Inspiration Zone’ at our upcoming events.

At Twinkl, we are delighted to present a series of workshop at Childcare Expo Midlands, and we invite you to join and have fun at the Twinkl Inspiration Zone. When you pay a visit to us, we suggest that you find out our planning and assessment for Early Years. These materials are suitable for teachers and childcare providers in Early Years settings and include ideas for:

• Continuous provision
• Adult input plans
• Early Years tracking
• Observation templates
• Report writing and much more

After this session, we invite birth to twos practitioners to our birth to twos session. This gives you the chance to use our ideas and materials with your very own sensory bottle. We will have tables with instructions on the many different sensory bottles and equipment.

We will also be running a crafting hour for children later on in the day. There is something for everyone, and you do not need a child to attend! You will get your own free Twinkl thermos mug and will have to use the box to make a craft box (a postbox, house or animal are some ideas) using our decals or by designing your own. We will provide all the equipment you need on the day, and the mug/box will be yours to keep!

Escape the hustle and bustle of the event at the end with our mindfulness session for adults. Many practitioners find mindfulness is very useful for their work and general wellbeing.  We recommend that look at our resources for mindfulness and then gather your thoughts while reflecting on your practise and life. We also have a great selection of home décor crafts from the new Enkl range. You will be able to craft calendars, pen pots, origami frogs and many more.

We are really excited to be taking part in this event and getting to meet practitioners. On each of the two days, we will presenting four workshops.
